Refunds/Returns/Exchanges Policy


At Cool Beans our focus is to provide the best customer support we can. Customers may return or exchange any new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items purchased on sale will be refunded at the sale price when purchased.

Items must be in the same condition they were received in. Once the return is received and inspected we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved or rejected.

After the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

To complete your return, please provide your receipt and reason for returning the order.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items.

If shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
